I think I will use this image in my contents page because it contrasts to the close-up image I would like to use for my cover, which will hopefully make the reader feel as though there is some variation in the images, so they could feel as though the content will be more interesting. Also, I like the stance and I think it does make her look quite edgy as it looks natural rather than forced.
For this image I used my photo shoot plans to set it up, but I don't think it looks as good as it could.
I took some images in doors because it started to rain. The lighting isn't as good as I would have liked it to be, even though I tried using lots of lamps to make it brighter.

I like this image, I think it gives the artist a friendly and approachable image, giving her a "down to earth" look which could be good.
I like this image and I think I will use it in the double page spread. I quite like the space in the image and it has room to place some text as I hoped. I also like the stance and think the positioning is good. It won't give that hard-faced portrayal, but it will still hopefully make her look edgy and possibly easier to relate to for the reader. Also, this problem can be overcome with my article as I think I have made her appear to be quite a soft character.
I really like this image because I think it looks quite edgy and makes her look fun.

I think this is the image I will use for my front cover because I like the light in it and I think the wall behind looks quite good. There may be some issues in placing the masthead so that it doesn't cover her hair and fact too much, but I think I can overcome these when it comes to making the magazine. Also, this image fits my initial plan and I think there will be enough room for a couple of sell lines, as I didn't want a lot of sell lines on it initially because I think it will look more sophisticated with less.
